库车：智能炒菜机器人 食堂飘出科技味

8 3月4日，新疆库车市首家使用智能炒菜机器人的餐厅开始试营业，科技感十足的用餐体验吸引了众多市民前来尝鲜。

在库车市五一南路某餐厅，智能炒菜机器人正在熟练地翻炒、搅拌、调味……它形似大型机械手臂，配备高精度传感器和智能控制系统，通过预设的程序，能精准完成倒油、放菜、翻炒、调味等一系列烹饪动作，确保每一道菜品的口味始终如一。智能炒菜机器人设置了上百种菜谱，涵盖了川菜、湘菜、粤菜等多种菜系，可以满足不同消费者的口味需求。此外，机器人还具备自动清洗功能，有效保障了食品安全。
库车市饭菜蒸香厨师长王猛说：“我们店采用的全是自动化炒菜机器人，这款机器人的它的特点就是出餐快，出品稳定，出品量化，节省人工成本。”
智能炒菜机器人的引入，不仅为消费者带来了便捷、高效的用餐体验，也为餐饮行业转型升级提供了新思路。不少前来尝鲜的市民对机器人炒出的菜品赞不绝口。
“原本担心机器人做的菜没灵魂，但实际味道出乎意料的好，上菜速度特别快，以后吃饭又多了一个好选择。”市民刘欣彤说道。
运用智能炒菜机器人大大提升出餐效率，还能保证菜品质量稳定，减少因厨师个人状态导致的口味差异。同时，机器人精准的食材配比功能，有效降低食材浪费，为饭店节约成本。
库车市饭菜蒸香店长史显振说：“自从用了炒菜机后，使菜品更加的标准化，口味更加的稳定，同时我们保证所有的食材都是当天现买现做，绝不使用预制菜，让顾客吃得放心！”
